By using our services at It's J Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This page outlines important details about our services, payments, revisions, refunds, and confidentiality policies to ensure a smooth working relationship.
1. Introduction
Welcome to It's J Media! By purchasing any of our Ala Carte Services or booking a Marketing Strategy Session, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These policies ensure transparency, mutual understanding, and a seamless experience for both parties.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your brand assets, business strategies, and any proprietary information shared with us.

All files, branding materials, and business-related data submitted by clients will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.

It’s J Media will not share, sell, or disclose your assets or project details to third parties without your explicit consent.

All completed files and materials will be delivered securely. Clients are responsible for keeping a backup of their project files.

3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment Requirement

Full payment is required before work begins on all A La Carte services unless an installment plan is selected (for eligible services).

For Marketing Strategy Sessions, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3.2 Installment Payment Plans (For Select Services)
We offer installment payment options for higher-value services such as:

Website Development

VIP Content Service
The first payment is due at checkout, and the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Work will only continue once each scheduled payment is received.
Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or termination without a refund
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for secure transactions.
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or PayPal.
3.4 Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once work has begun.
If an installment plan is in place, cancellation before the final payment will forfeit any completed work without refund.
3.5 Project Pauses & Non-Payment
If a client fails to complete installment payments, the project will be put on hold. If no payment is made within 14 days, the project may be terminated.
Any files or completed work will remain the property of It's J Media until payment is fully completed.
3.6 Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate termination of the project. Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues directly with us for resolution.
4. Revisions & Edits

Each service includes a set number of revisions, as specified in the service description.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be charged at an hourly or per-revision rate.

Once the final files have been delivered and approved, additional changes will require a new service request.
5. Turnaround & Delivery

The standard turnaround time for each service is specified upon checkout.

Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

Final files will be provided in agreed-upon formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF, or other requested formats).
Marketing Strategy Sessions Terms
6. Booking & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Sessions are non-refundable, but clients may reschedule within the allowed timeframe (see below).
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, the payment is forfeited, and a new booking is required.

If It’s J Media must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given priority for the next available slot.
8. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session, payment is forfeited.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session time may be reduced accordingly, with no additional compensation or rescheduling.
9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary files, assets, and detailed instructions for services.

It’s J Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information from the clients.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided does not violate copyright laws or third-party agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability

It’s J Media is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses due to delays, miscommunication, or misinterpretation of client expectations.

Once final deliverables are approved and received by the client, It’s J Media is not responsible for any future changes or alterations.
11. Agreement & Acceptance
